Have you tried the Forward Override function ?
If you want to deactivate then you can log on to that system and in the AMO ACTDA you can deactivate the DND on the phone
Setup a code for 'FWDIGNOR' - this will over ride any forwardings/dnd etc.
ADD-WABE **333,,,FWDIGNOR,N;
Then Dial **333 - wait for dial tone then dial 2323200 and see if it rings or is out of service
If all three PRI's are in the one BUEND Trunk Group then it will not matter - best practice would be to distribute the three circuits across different cards and shelves.
You can download old XP computer versions from GigaTribe -
https://www.tek-tips.com/forums/965/faqs/7883
Any newer versions for OpenScape 4000 will have to come from Unify/Mitel
Download it from
https://www.mitel.com/login/unify-login
If using a Virtual Card or an STMIX then use ACWINMQIP-SL (Stackless)
If using STMI4 then use Non-Stackless
It should have come with the Konda File to tell you which slot to add it onto- it'll be added in a 'busy shelf' to provide more crosspoints.
That's all you need to do - just add it.
In the old days I would 'courtesy down' the B channels on the HiPath side
DEA-DSSU
DC,PEN,
Then DIS-BUEND:,B;
To see the channels going down gradually waiting for users to end calls in progress.
