Have you tried the Forward Override function ? If you want to deactivate then you can log on to that system and in the AMO ACTDA you can deactivate the DND on the phone

Setup a code for 'FWDIGNOR' - this will over ride any forwardings/dnd etc. ADD-WABE **333,,,FWDIGNOR,N; Then Dial **333 - wait for dial tone then dial 2323200 and see if it rings or is out of service

That's a big question... What are you looking to do

If it is at 'A' then it's not going to say 'starting services' on that processor - is it the other processor ?

So it's working fine - what information are you looking for - what are you trying to do ?
