Thanks Randall We are coming to that conclusion. The problem is that we have a system we cant get into now as the company who installed and had maintenance contract has gone bust and did not give us log on details. Hi Guys, Really struglling with this. We have a IPECS system with LG Ericsson LIP - 8012D phones. Two of the phones have frozen (Blank Screen with DND, Headset, Mute and Speaker Lights on - they are powered up). We have turned to power off and on and swapped them around the office. All...- rustyhp
