Can't enter bios
To make it easier as to when to press the DEL key to get into the BIOS, turn on the power and watch the 3 LEDs on your keyboard. Just after the 3 LEDs flash once, press the DEL key. Pc boot up problem
Check the manual on your system board and see if there is a setting in your Bios for a delay in the boot up. I had a system that required a 5 second delay in the boot up sequence to allow the drive to spin up. This sounds like your drive is not quite ready to boot up then the system board...- RRobot
