I always use stereo audio cords as some audio devices seem to not work well with the mono cords.

If you are on release 4.2 or higher after you change the extension numbers and merge in manager just go to each extension and dial *36. It will log them out / back in with the new extension number.

The part # I use is 700415623. I just tried that on both the 1408 and 1608 and it fits.

Is it a Bogen TPU35 amp? If so make sure that the relay contacts are connected from the 2nd pair of the line 5 jack on the ACS to the music mute terminals on the Bogen amp. Also make sure that it is programmed as the loudspeaker paging line (#617).

On the Refurb Supplies site look for part # STAND 30911. I think that is what you are looking for. It says that it will fit the 2410 and 4610 but it is the same on the 5410 and 5610.
