Your doing it wrong. Set a shortcode as *ext/voicemail collect/ext/0 In the source number tab of the ext put the supervisors Vext. You/re done and you have what you want.

The closest I have been able to get was having the caller dialing an ext then a pre-defined wav file specific to the target was played over the page, then the call is trasfered to the target desk. Then the user can answer or use a pickup code to take the call.

Go to system/vcm tab and set to echo return loss to 3 db and reboot, if it gets better but doesn't completely go away go to 0 and reboot.
