Thanks for your response. I do have a couple of different CORs that restrict outside dialing but what they are requesting is that this station be able to dial a single outside number and only that number. For instance 866-555-1212.

I am a newbie, trying to set up an extension that will be used for a HR enrollment process and they want this phone to be able to dial any internal 4 digit extension but only 911 and a single toll free number and nothing else externally. Can anyone give me a hint on how to proceed? Thanks

Just wanted to let everyone know that we fixed this problem by working with Tier 3 support at Avaya and the had us apply Patch # 13341 to both the S8700 and the S8300 in the G350. Thanks to everyone for their support.
