Fixed, restored from a backup of the PDA and corrected the problem. Strange the user said they didn't change or update anything. Guess we all know how that works though :)

I found that if you use a NFR copy of NT Server you receive this error message. The only way to correct this is to either disable the license manager in the services or reinstall with the correct version of NT server.
