I have 3 Units running Win Xp (2 Pro 1 Home) They take anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes to Shut Down. Booting Up is not a problem (about 40 seconds). Any Ideas??? Could it be one of Microsoft's Updates??

had the same thing happen to me about 2 months ago it turn out that my Asylum 5200 Video card was the Culprid, I installed another card and the issue was resolved. I think you should try this before going crazy and dowloading drivers
found the problem!! it turns out that the boot sequence was all mess up. also found dma were unchecked at both the cd & hard-drive. Thanks for all your help.
