Hi Nunzio,
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back with you. You should be able to draw a shape with the pen tool acorss the part of your object that you want to remove, select both and punch to remove it. Try that...if it doesn't work, you might want to play around with the other boolean...
Hi Nunzio,
To create a blend beginning from a circle inside your object and blending out to the shape of the object, first fill your object with color. Next, draw a circle where you want the blend to start and fill it with your chosen color. Then select both objects and go to...
Hi Manfred,
To remove text from a path, select the text and choose 'Detach from path' under the Text menu (FH9). I'm not sure how this will effect your rotations, but you can then select the text and ust the rotation option in the Transform panel to manipulate the text.
I hope this helps...

An excellent resource for planning and designing a web site can be found at Yale Style Manual: http://info.med.yale.edu/caim/manual/contents.html. I have found this site extremely helpful, and am in the process of redesigning my own site from what I've learned.
Hope this helps!

Hi Daniel and Rick,
I would be happy to help out with your Freehand questions. I use Freehand 9.
I have never used the envelope tool, but I just attached text to an oval and had no problem with the letter height. Can you be more specific as to exactly what you're trying to do?

Hi Frusturated,
I'm not sure exactly what you're describing, but your object does need to be closed in order to fill it. Can you send me to a site that has an example of what you're trying to do? I think I can help you out once I know what you're after.

Would anyone have a schematic or any advice on fixing the drawer on an CD RW drive? My son did something to it when it was open and pulled it off the track. My husband got it back on track, but something still isn't right; it won't open or close with the button.
TIA,
