I am upset that avaya would let this slip. Even if I remove the busy lamp field from all my sets, the reception set still lights up all the user field when the AA answers the line. BCM no issue what so ever, tell me again which is the better product? Phil

The issue isn't with the line appearance lighting up, that's a given. The issue is the user appearance buttons used to see when other extensions are in use lighting up across the board for a second whenever the Auto Attendant answers a call.

Thanks for the quick response. That's too bad, BCM has no trouble with this configuration. This is my first IP office install and I would never have guessed that I could not have the line appearance on a set and the busy lamp field light up every time the AA answers a call. Phil
