I realize this is an old post, I hope the move went ok. Just for the information though. To run Binary, you must first login to the PI from Hyperterminal, than exit the program without logging out. Then you start the Binary.
Auto logout is set in the Keyset definition. Extended overflow sets what to do with a call if there are no agents logged in, no agents answering. By default, in these cases the calls will go to overflow, extended lets the programmer keep the calls in queue or overflow to a different location...

I be to disagree, CVA and CVD do not require dongles here in the US, maybe in the UK. I've loaded and used both on 500's and offices and never had a dongle.
Also, I've connected IP, both hard and soft without VPN.
CVD does not require a dongle, just authorization. And I thought the port was 11010 same as the PI, but don't have an office running right now to check.
There are several settings for outbound caller ID. Seeing as you're kicking out alternate line ID already, the one to be concerned with is under KEY. Try removing Alternate_Line_ID, just type R to remove, on 2007.
feature *0 just shows it as a blank button. when using feature *1 to program it, instead of showing "programmed" it just drops back to time and date. under programming, it will not accept the "ok".
this is one of the crazier problems I"ve ever seen.

Installed a new MICS 6.0. with 2 0X16 modules. Everything is running fine, but there are 2 M7310s that will not accept programming on their speed dial buttons (B11 to B34).
Not all the buttons and not any specific buttons (it moves around as we replace the phones). It's only external speed dial...
I have a mics that is not allowing me to program some of the speed dial buttons for external speed dial. which buttons change each time I replace the phone. It's really screwy as to which ones and on which type of phone.
