My customer has an old copper DID coming into the switch - it's pumping 3 digits rather than 4 - am I able to accept the 3 digits via IDC Table? Is this even possible??

the peps that I am using for this are: NM010709G008S and NM010709G033S

I also noticed when I uninstalled the software, I couldn't uninstall the Call Pilot Language. When I reinstalled the software, should it have overwritten it?

ok, tried to do what u suggested. still didn't work. I even uninstalled the cp software and reinstalled, installed peps, ran config wizard. Also went to CP admin client (system prompt customization - highlighted "choose prompt text" just to see if system prompt works and still get dead air)...
Oh one more thing, I went in and monitored my channels and they were actually idle in picking up the call, still I don't get the system prompt for voice messaging.
