    the peps that I am using for this are: NM010709G008S and NM010709G033S I'll check with Nortel if these are the most recent peps for my release 1.07 software. Thanks and if you both have any other suggestions, I would really appreciate it!!!

    I also noticed when I uninstalled the software, I couldn't uninstall the Call Pilot Language. When I reinstalled the software, should it have overwritten it? pepbuster..you mentioned that Nortel was offering a free upgrade for 2.0...where can I get this. Thanks,

    ok, tried to do what u suggested. still didn't work. I even uninstalled the cp software and reinstalled, installed peps, ran config wizard. Also went to CP admin client (system prompt customization - highlighted "choose prompt text" just to see if system prompt works and still get dead air)...
