Hi there, Is it possible to create Public folders in Lotus Notes just like we can do in MS Exchange? I was asked to find such a solution and what I see is only a shared folder solution which doesn't serve the pupose it seems. Please comment on this all. thanks

Fixed it! We had two mail boxes defined. Changed at the setting the number of mail boxes as '0', then shutdown domino and removed all mail*.box from data directory and then restarted domino. It created the default mail.box again and now the anti-virus is doing fine:) thanks

Thank you. Actually it was a license problem. Reinstalling the correct license solved the issue.

It is fixed by editing the design. Details: opem PeopleGroupsFlat from views and change Firstname with lastname and lastname with Firstname. Make sure you have help from someone who knows about designer. It is very easy to damge the system design with any small mistake.

It was with MSA 1000. There are two storage boxes on it and this message was coming whenever the systems boots up. We fixed it by upgrading the BIOS to latest.
