Hi RVITECH, My knowledge is not up to a level where I can help you in this apparently complex problem. But it doesn't mean I can't suggest a few things: 1st) of the most obvious is to apply all the updates to your XP, specially SP1. There are cases of problems getting solved by this alone. 2nd)...- ptex
