Every time I start this computer I get the following window.
"Window Registryu Recovery:
One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful"
Does anyone know why the computer is doing this and how it can be...
The MEMORY.DMP file is over 140 Mb. The system seems to be running ok except I need more space on the C drive. Can I delete the MEMORY.DMP file?

Thanks for the quick replies. I fiqured out what the problem was. A couple of weeks ago I downloaded & installed Copernic Desktop Search which runs in the background. I haven't tried to run an Outlook backup since I did that until today. I have to shut it down before I Backup Outlook.

I've backed up the .pst folders many times - Never had this problem before. Went to backup my Outlook.pst folder today and got the following message:
"Error Copying file or folder
Cannot copy Outlook: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file."...
This morning at 6 AM windows Server 2003 did its normal check for updates. It downloaded and ran 7 updates:
KB 900725 KB 902400 KB 901017 KB 899589
KB 904706 KB 905414 KB 896688
It then forced a system reboot.
When I came in, I logged on and the server continued to reboot...
On boot up of one of our NT 4 SP6 Workstations, we get the blue screen of death with the following message:
STOP: c0000135 {Unable to Locate DLL}
The dynamic link library winsrv could not be found in the specified path Default Load Path.

I went to the Western Digital site and downloaded a diagostic program. It told me I Failed SMART and Passed the Quick Test. Not sure what that means. I emailed Western Digital and await their response

I agree. However, normal.dot must have the autotext stored there by default. I've never tried to save anything in normal.dot. Since I've been using the autotext feature, the filename and path info was always there.
How would I store the info somewhere else and how would I tell autotext where to...

I solved the problem. Apparently, something must of corrupted normal.dot. I deleted normal.dot. When Word opens, if normal.dot does not exist it creates a new one.
Apparentely, the Autotext info must be stored in normal.dot.
