So other than modding the prof db as described in the other posts, there is no way for sharepoint to automatically drop profiles that are missing from the import after X number of full cycles?
I am having a problem with my Portal 2003. Whenever a user is deleted from AD, the import process tags the profiles as missing from import, but the profiles are not deleting themselves.
Has anyone else seen this issue?

We have several documents in form libraries on SPS2003 that are digitally signed Infopath forms. Once the cert for the signature has expired the document throws an alert when it is opened.
Is there any way to suppress this alerting or recertify the signature after it has already been signed?
I need the move the "master server" that several MSMQ dependant clients run against to another server. Is there a clean way of doing this or will I have to remove and recreate MSMQ on the dependant clients?
Thanks

I am trying to set up backup proceedures using this utility, but am unable to locate it on the CD or on the sharepoint server itself.
Can someone point me in to where I can find the file?

The user's new assistant's name is on the delagate tab, but the old assistant is not there. The old assistant's mailbox and AD account have been removed so there is no way that they could be still listed as a delagate.
