The virus software runs without problem, but it ignores the bpbkar32.exe process. This is done on the backup client only.

I have had this problem on our IBM NAS 200s. McAfee and Norton needed exclusions of the NetBackup .exe's in them. Particularly bpbkar32.exe. Also, if you're doing snapshots on the backup client exclude those directories / volumes from backup. Hope this helps. Scott
