    routing question

klowndog, no the 9 does not get counted. So a DMI to delete 7 should be what you need for 4 digit extensions on the switch.

    routing question

You should be able to do that with LDID. You will have to set up a DMI in LD 86 that deletes 7 digits (if you have 4 digit extensions, for example). Then in LD 90, under your NPA, you can enter LDID in response to SDDR. Use your DMI, then enter the DID numbers (or range) you want to keep on switch.

Just wondering, can the meridian PBX (w/ISDN PRI,NI2) send incoming CLID to an analog phone capable of caller ID?

    ERR4019 with no DN

We have been getting ERR4019 for a while now each night. There is no DN next to the error. just ERR4019. It prints out like 10 times. I am familar on what to do when you get a DN next to it - check mail for a mailbox not outed. But what do I look for in this case? We have callpilot V1.07.

Call pilot admin with XP SP2

I am using the installable client for version 1.07. For now we just have to pass around an old laptop running Win/95. That seems to work OK. I haven't tried reversing any changes. I don't really know where to start. I was hoping Northern would just have an updated client, or a patch.
