    What everyone's trying to say is, no there is no compatibility issue (it does work) and to check your settings again. Maybe power down the system and power it back up.

    I wouldn't reboot a flash. Been there, done that, sick of reprogramming voice mails.

    What does a guy need to backup an 8x24 with DR 5.1 software? I have one with a bad data cartridge and until we get new software, every time there's a power bump it loses it's programming. Had installed NRU 10.0, then uninstalled and tried 8.1, both said DR5 wasn't supported.

    No you can't read the PCMCIA card off of your laptop. What's happened is the voice mail has reset itself, and probably means everything on the voice mail is gone. What's happened is that the feature codes 980-989 are still programmed in your actual phone system, and when the voicemail reset...
