Just for grins I reset the system and was able to make one call via the personal CO button. Now it's back to the fast busy. I have tried to busy the board with no luck. Any thoughts?
I am playing with setting up a Personal CO trunk for one of our analog lines. I can get calls routed to a station just fine. I programmed a button for the Per-COLine, but when that button is selected, I get a denial event 1010: TEG denied origination.
What do I need to set to get that button...
I see in the manual DST document for CMS 3v11 the following.
If you elect not to install the DST PCN, Avaya C&SI will make available by 3/5/07 a script that will change the time zone of CMS’s that observe DST and then perform a system reboot.
Anyone know where the script can be found?
How do you manually change the time? I just checked our cms at the unix prompt, and it's off by over 20 minutes. CMS appears to get it's time from the switch. Am I wrong?
I want to be able to have an admin login not time out when not in use. A previous version admins would remain logged in, but that changed when we upgraded to CM3. Is there a setting to change that?

Thanks vamosal! These phones will be used in place of pay phones for outward dialing only. Should I just consider a new ARS location to keep it simple? They won't need to be used like internal phones.
The call timer buttion seems to be continuous. We were looking for something that starts when the call initiates, and resets at the end.

Is there a way to have a call timer display while on a call, and have it reset for each call. Basically we want a duration timer on our CallMaster phones to be on always. I don't see how it's possible, but a sister site with a Nortel switch seems to have it working. Wwe have a S8710 with CM3...
