    Thanks, but is there a quicker way that does not invlove moving all the files to one folder? We have hudredes of reserve files all in many different folders and would ideally like to be able too just switch them off from somewhere central

    Does anyone know any clever ways of moving a footer closer to the bottom of a page other than page setup, paper size or printer setup?

    Occasionally when saving a Quark document an "Unknown Error 51" occurs and the file cannot be saved. Any ideas or better still solutions?
