I set LinesTrunks-->PRI-->B-ChannlGrp-->NetworkServ = to DMS-100Local and DMS-Outwats and that brought the D-Channel up. Now I just need to figure out how to get the B-Channels all online. The first channel is up, but the rest are still down. By the way... thanks for all of the help!
