Thanks MrBillSC. Unfortunately our system requires printing too many pre-printed forms that would be much too time-consuming to create. Does anyone know if there is a way in CRXI to set a user defined parameter which modifies the origin X and Y print co-ordinates for the complete output of a report. This would be used to align a printout in specific boxes/fields on a pre-printed form. We're trying to figure out how to...- PCHall

Error in Crystal Report 9
William, I've seen the same problems using Crystal 10 but don't think it is related to NextGen's software (I work for e-MDs, a NextGen competitor!). I'm not sure if this is the cause, but I think that it is a printer configuration issue which would explain the intermittent operation. It seems...- PCHall
