the key is in the machine, i updated hasp drivers. I see it in device manager, and ctlsvr sees it as well. I am not sure whats goin on. I would reinstall and restore but he can not find software....- paulgettier

The previous manager made some changes on our system which I can not get functional again. I have all services starting (ctlsvr, and edcsvr). EDC, and Aloha Manager both launch fine. All hardware shows up properly. The USB Hasp key is working because ctlsvr is starting, and working. However...- paulgettier
