I run ISINTEG and ESEUTIL monthly on our servers. I recommend doing a full backup just before running them. There are several switches that can be set, you need to decide which ones you want to use.
The problem with the log file could be caused by data corruption, a bad spot on the hard drive...
I would use message tracking to identify what is going on. You can't track outside of the site, but you will be able to see where it came from, who it went to, etc.

I need to add a virtual server to a Win2K domain. The server Comp1 exists, and I want to add a virtual server Comp1VS1. I have added the virtual server in Active Directory Users and Computers, but we are using MSMQ and it does not show up under the virtual server.
