    Compaq presario 700us

    Does any body have the same problem with this laptop? After using the computer for a while it frezees and I need to turn it off manually every time. Does any body know what is causing this?? Any suggestions??

    WinXP, AOL and cable modem...

    I will suggest QUIT using AOL, the reason why you are having problems is becuase AOL wants to take full control of your internet connection even if you have cable.
