After deleting mail and emptying trash, space (size) for mailbox did not change. In msmail, there is a compact folders routine that recovers space. Is there something similar for groupwise.

It's as though 5 lines get added to the page size so that each page it moves farther and farther off. They have tried setting printer settings to no avail.

It is any printer - We think the issue is the VMS print jobs are not communicating the correct format thorugh NDPS as they would through IP printing. Gathering more info.

Print jobs are routing fine, but are including 5 extra lines thus ruining the output. Anyone know what to check and thanks in advance?

Greetings,
The "AZ idle user timed out -2052" seems so descriptive and yet not able to find what it is trying to tell me. Any ideas how to track this down.
thanks

Thanks Dcompto for the 2 ideas. Yes the error message does give the offending path, and although it was a network drive designated for users, user could recreate the folders as noted by previous user. On the /P option, that did not work becasue although it started up with the new default, the...
Pc being used (inherited) by new user, and tools-options-general tab has default folder set to one that user cannot access. When you click on the General tab you get the standard "Cannot access directory" hate message, but when you click OK - it simply stays on the view tab. So you do not have...
When double clicking an attached Excel spreadsheet within Groupwise, the hidden & protected cells are visible to the Groupwise client. How can you make Groupwise honor the Excel hidden cell settings?
Thanks
