LD 10->New->Type:500->TN->DN->XXXX->FTR DCFW 4 YYYY
where
XXXX = New Express messaging Access Code
YYYY = CallPilot Access Code to VM
100% agree - take the new job, with better pay.
The only question I have for you is; do you want the additional experience with the other techs/cell phones etc.

I have a callpilot that I want to forward directly to voicemail.
I searched the forum and found an answer:
look at the voice service dn table, have her transfer to the express mail. then enter the dn# transfer..
But my voice service dn table does nto have express mail listed, is there a way...
