Distinctive ring forward to an extension
Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to have our Norstar CICS 4.1 recongnize a distinctive ring pattern from out telco and forward it to a specific extension (i.e. our fax machine). Is this possible and what programming needs to be done? Thanks in advance.- nortelenthusiast
