    no, you could probably keep data services off and use the device for voice/sms. When you turn data services on then the messages will be downloaded.

    Thanks John, In the location where the console is going to be placed I will need to re-terminate the console cable. Could you tell me which color cables that are terminated on the D-type console connector should be terminated to the Primary, Backup and Power TNs. Thanks again.

    DID Number is not forwarding to Voice Mail

    Thanks to everyone, So far I tried setting FBD, however it gives busy signal to external callers if the ext is in use. I can't set HBTD because we don't have package 131 installed. Also, this extension appears only on this set.

    this is a bit tricky. The primary DN has a secondary ext# so the LHK key is set to 1. The DN I have problem with is on key # 3.
