    CTX WinAdmin

    If you are dialing into a CTX with WinAdmin, then did you set up a Dial-Up Network connection in windows with the Name (Exactly) "RemoteCTX1"? If you are connecting thru ethernet then uncheck that box.

    CTX100 problems

    Sounds like your Voice mail (Auto attendant) doesn't have that box programmed. The CTX usually doesn't talk to you. What VM system do you have? Could also be a call fowarding problem (to Voice mail). VM Id not set correctly.
