I need some advice. Is open file option a reliable and safe option to use on backups? Has anyone had a successfull restore from this type of backup. Our backup jobs skips over open files so I am just wondering if open file option is reliable. Thanks in advance.

Is the backup tapes 40G uncompressed and 80G compressed? Also check to see if you have the backup set to run using compressing (I have hardware compression set on ours)

We're using citrix metaframe 1.8, for the last two days all users connect to the published applications on the citrix server lost their connection for about 20 miniuits then it came back up. Anyone has any idea on what might be causing this? Thanks in advance.
