Yes yukon1981...Any calls directed to the AST-DN are affected by the CFW of the set...key 19 is default CFW and "should" be removed if queue type calls are being directed to the DN...As you can see in your set the CFW has not been used and is no problem, but let me tell you it really can be a...
Looks like the phone posted by yukon1981 was acquired by another application other than Symposium
which acquires by the TN, (possibly Genesys) which acquires by the DN, AGT ID...The problem with this is that the calls are delivered to the DN key and the CFW key will forward out the ACD calls to...
Poopus> cut a paste a copy of your ACD queue in question (like the one Eddie Duece posted) and it will be easy for someone to look at it and give you a definative answer.

PRT the 7602 from the 4221 swithch and see how it routes out due to the numbering plan...sounds like the RDB for the new SIP trunks is different from the old one. Check ACOD and see.

PS.. if you have an SSC card the baud rate for TTY 0 (usually the terminal tty number) is there on the dip switch setting...setup your terminal accordingly
Sounds like you defaulted the terminal... it seems like you have a "local" printout selected, you will have to change that in the setup. Also your baud rate and parity may be off...start at 9600 81N then work down to 2400 1200...if that doesn't work change the parity to 71M/71E and try the same...
Go to LD 20 and print one of the sets to find out what ACD group you want...go to LD 23 ...CHG ...ACD XXX (your ACD que)...enter down to HOML and type in yes...hit enter until the MEM bar comes up.
Yikes...I don't envy you on this one. There is a lot to take into consideration and probably a lot of changes to make in the numbering scheme...You can use a number like 7 or 8 as another access code to go over to the Cisco, but that means clearing out all the extensions that begin with 7 or...
You can absolutely use a cell on conference bridge...I spend half my time on one it seems...as to the feedback issue, you will just have to experiment with the facility to see...
The polycoms I use have two external speaker/mics with about 20 feet of cord and that gives us about a 40 foot area...
