This is a built to spec computer, AMD 1200, I think. Never could get it to boot to anything, so I fdisk'd and formatted, reinstalled windows, etc. Running good now. Thanks for your answers. I will keep them in mind for next time! Mindy

I pulled the screws out an nothing budges. The little black feet are literally glued on. I did get the gray peice off in front which revealed screws holding the front together. (doh!) Took that off, still not going anywhere. I just wanted to see what kind of modem it was so that I could find...
