Crystal Ver 9. Once you exported your report to Excel, select the text which you want to border. When you opened your Format Cells (speedkey = Control 1), select your line in the LINESTYLE first, and then to the left, add your borders. It worked for me. Sarie -

Cross Tab Report
I did that too and it did'nt work. I am extracting from a Lotus Notes database and it only shows one client but when I add max and min it shows only two clients instead of all 4 clients. Thanx S- minnasa

Lotus Notes strings - to strip strings with CR to show more than one l
I am extracting info from Lotus Notes. The Lotus Notes fields contains commas inbetween the fields. When I extract the info in a cross tab report, it only shows the first line (first data field before a comma in Lotus Notes).
