hi, i tired all this but still get no joy in bringing the line up. i belive BT set the clock on the line though, so dont need the master/slave?!? -

the other end is our other building where the line terminates (the b-end) same kit on that side, black box convertor and a cisco 2620 router with encaps being ppp. does bt provide the clocking on the line? i noticed there are lots of input errors on either side.. Cheers, Ramsey -

HI Andy, it is presented at RJ45, i then plug that into a black box g.703 convertor (http://www.blackbox.co.uk/solutions/display.asp?cs=dvh&id=1&doc=mtu9000&tx=WAN&sx=G.703/G.704%20Converters) that converts the 120ohms rj45 into a DTE port I can then plug it into my WIC-1T card in my routers... -
