Option 11c to IP Office QSIG trunks lock up showing idle.
I was told that the PRI cannot do CRC only PRI2 (E1)...I am not a Nortel but i will get that answer today? Can you explain the difference? I know the Avaya IP Office on the other side has CRC turned on.- mikerose74

Yes i have tried all of that... It still changes the focus of the softkeys to the incoming call instead of the current call. While on a call(with focus on 1st CA) soft keys show: HOLD - CONF - TRANSFER - DROP While on a call and and incoming call rings (focus changes to second CA) and soft...- mikerose74

When you are on a call and an incoming calls comes in the sofkey change because the focus is switched to the incoming call. I have found the IDLEFEATURES; DIALFEATURES; RINGBKFEATURES; and TALKFEATURES system parameters but i have not found anything on the softkey for incoming calls. How can...- mikerose74
