    Call drops last three digits

TG3 is a wink/wink. The actual LD line is a tie trunk, not a PRI. Listed below is route pattern 13 along with the first page of trunk group 3. Pattern Number: 13 Pattern Name: TN 1 - LD SCCAN? n Secure SIP? n Grp FRL NPA Pfx Hop Toll No. Inserted...

    Call drops last three digits

Partition routing tables are empty, so nothing is holding it up there. I even put the number into ars ana loc 1 and I still get the busy signal. Can it be something on the PRI preventing the call? If so, I will give AT&T a call up and see what they can do .

    Call drops last three digits

I am dialing from the 650 area code. I am referring to 91253242. When I dial other numbers long distance, it doesn't truncate it like it does for that area code. I dialed redial via the phone so I don;t think it is a slow input. I will check partition routing.

My people need to know if they should adjust the service level to account for the announcment. I told them if shouldn't matter since I am not...

Does announcment playing count against service level

I am wondering if the announcement playing is figured into time it takes to answer a call and how it affects the service level. Example would be I want a service level of 30 seconds. If the announcement plays for 10 seconds, do I need to make the service level 40 seconds if I want a 30 second...

I am a systems administrator who also supports our PBX and I am trying to find a job title that incorporates both of my primary functions at work. Looking on the web doesn't yield much information though so I came to the source. I thought about converged telecom engineer but I was thinking that...

For some reason the switch will not recognize the tone or lack thereof of the gsm phone. It recognizes call from tdma and cdma cell phones though. It recognizes call from pots lines as...
