    continues beeps during boot process means what

    That all depends on which bios your motherboard has. In most cases, if its continous short beeping, then its CPU related, either its not seatd right or its overheating. If its long continous beeping, then its not detecting your memory. Gotta learn to walk before you can run

    Many many invalid page faults...... follow up to first post.

    Invalid Page faults are usually caused by bad memory sticks or memory compatibity issue. I examined you error log and have noticed that IEXPLORE and BIGFIX both caused an error in c171:73331f00, looks to me as you have a bad stick of RAM. Just my opinion
