all seperate numbers in the pri line. i have 15 DID numbers in the same root and i am going to configure one of the numbers as a private line. do i need use a sperate route. i think in this case i will take it out from that route ?? johnpoole, sorry i could not understand "make it a hot 1 9"...

hi all, we have a PRI E1 line. it is working fine. but i want one of the number configure as a private line IAO for a dn. when i off hook i want get dial tone from that number i can dial directly out and if someone calls that specific number from outside it must ring at the same dn. does...

hi all, i thank you all. far end provider reset the E1 but it did not help but when they dialed one by one and it did work.

i created a root for first 15 channels as route 9 and the second 15 as rote 8. first 15 are still IAO and last 15 are only OGT. i tested. it did not work and i changed last 15 channels back to IAO also but still same. that means i have two routes and both IAO now. is this cause this problem ?

we have no yellow or red alarm. on PRI card all alarm status are OK !!

we are paying all 30 channels, some times i saw 5-7 channels are the same FE MBSY status in the first 15. when i called phone company, all setups are fine there is nothing to do with our side they said.
