I have one user who is getting errors 1030 and 40961 when it tries to update that users policy. The computer policy will complete. If you look at the details on the 1030 error it says logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. This is on a vista workstation and AD domain on windows 2003...

Ok, wierd one..I got the process explorer, watched it and noticed that when I tried the url link norton realtime scan was popping up alot. So I cycled the norton AV service and now it works fine???
I have cleared cache thinking that might be it too. This also happens when I am logged in as administrator, so it isn't a permission issue. Looked at processes when it is sitting there waiting, and nothing. Thanks..
We have started to have a problem where if a user opens a URL link either from within an email message or from a shortcut that they created on their desktop, it takes about 1 minute to a minute and half to open IE and go to the url. If the user opens IE then clicks on the url link it opens...

Well updated NIC drivers and still same thing, any other ideas. You can still connect through the server name, just the cluster alias seems to get lost. And the other node seems to be working fine, no problems.
Having a problem with resources being not available, however if you look in Cluster Admin all resources are online and all looks good. If I fail the cluster group to the other node connections can be made to the resources. If I fail it back, connections are available for about 5 minutes then...
