Please i try to configure Solaris 9 to run FTP, but the message "530 Login incorect" appair.
modify following files
/etc/ftpusers
/etc/ftpaccess
"add guestuser ftpguest"
/etc/indet.conf
/etc/service
/etc/shells
add newuser without adminrights

its possible to change this setting on other

i want change the color depth from 8 to 24bit on me Blade 100 machine
its runing with Solaris 9 (CDE), if i test with m64config its not working.
and its possible that i can only change on me blade only from 8 to 24 bit ? and 32 bit are not supportet ?!

i have now compiled Binutils 2.16 and this it´s installed to /usr/local/bin/
if i compile any thing, solaris works with the following Path /usr/ccs/bin/
and the new compiled binutils are not integrated,
how i can change this path ?, or its better i take both...

and i'am search now "ldconfig" to update the new command in ld.so.conf
