Thank U very much Ken for ur Response.Actually from the microsoft.com site i downloaded 3 files as follows sp6i386.exe===> 34 MB (SP6a standard Encryption ) sp6patch_i386.exe=> 454 KB sp6symi.exe=======> 53.2 MB(Sp6a High Bit Encryption(128 bit)) Since we already had Sp 4 High Bit encryption...- matrix234
