Follow-up: Tier 3 said that unless one of the supported third-party security gateways (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Nortel) require the use of a Virtual IP they cannot excalate this to R&D. So... this feature is not needed, but very helpful for our SonicWALL setups. Perhaps there is...
