Thanks everyone, at the end it was an AT&T issue. The tech that was on the line this time actually stayed with me and figured out what the issue was unlike the first person that wanted to get off and keep going with another customer.

Yeah I thought about this too but they will only be using 7 lines out of the 8 on the pri card.
I mentioned this to the tech from att several times to check what was going on. I even made another PRI cable to check but nothing worked. Hopefully tomorrow I land someone that is...

Customer wanted to change to PRI (ATT IP Flex) and I'm getting an error when attempting to dial in or out. Verified my config with previous installs I've done and it all matches up. Any idea what it can be? I'm thinking its codec config on att side.
