    Thanks thats great. I have one last question. Now I have all my passwords, where I can download the installer programming application RikRogers mentioned ? I would imagine it is alot easier to do from an applcation that through the phone.

    Ah ha I see what the problem is here. I do not have access to a computer based control panel. Everything I do has to be done through the phone itself. I was hoping to get a code / so way of manually adjusting each phone. Anyone know how to do that ? Dan
