I had same problem, turns out the callpilot has hours of operations set for different times of day for different days of week, perhaps your callpilot had this installed as part of the upgrade.
Thanx all....I discovered my issue while investigating all your ideas, turns out the callpilot had the hours incorrect for morning,afternoon,evening,non-business. I set the hours and my daytime issues went away.
