    Hope this helps. I had same problem, turns out the callpilot has hours of operations set for different times of day for different days of week, perhaps your callpilot had this installed as part of the upgrade.

    The mailbox 000000 was used to reset everyone elses password to their VMs, it got changed to something, if you know of another way to reset mail 000000 password to a known one, I would appreciate it. I think it can be done in the SUPPORT TOOLS with the distributor password, but I may be wrong.
