r937, Wow.. so simple. Makes sense now, I was doing the converse of that... had First on the field I wanted to get rid of dups on and Group By on all the others. Thanks!- lobstr003

Hi, I'm wondering how I can remove (or hide?) rows of a query when multiple rows have the same information in only one field, not "entirely exact" across all fields.
