2drive quantum 1500 series scsi yes i can but sometimes i get JB not available Quntum guys says no drive issue...firmware/drivers are upto latest..but one thing to make note of is issue started after upgrading to 7.3.3(from 7.3.2)

Hi 605... Sorry to say that the timers did not help me timers all seem to be fine....Drive's idle timeout,device load,tape load,tape sleep. is it to do something with NMC not getting refreshed..gstd connection breakup... just my doubt...waiting for your clues...pls help

was this a single purchase or did u buy a recent pack..if you have a brought a recent pack.... Try adding the enabler code through Configuration -> Registration -> New -> enter the enabler code and then check……(thru NMC)
